We do two things: we take manual work out of companies and we build products of our own. In both cases the goal is the same — fewer steps by hand, fewer things left waiting.
Why we do this
A company grows and the work grows with it. A PDF goes into Excel. Excel goes into the ERP. A quote waits for confirmation. An email waits for the only person who knows the answer. One by one they look like details. Every day, they are not.
That is where we come in. We connect what already exists, remove repetitive steps and leave consequential decisions in a person’s hands. If it is not worth changing, we don’t change it.
The products FeedxBoost, TeamxBoost, LearnxBoost and CarexBoost came about the same way: real problems, software working in the field and decisions that have to hold up every day.

We don’t sell AI in slides. We build things that have to work.

Who works on this with you
XBoost Group was founded by Pedro, with more than 20 years building software and working with companies. He is the one who works through the process with you and follows whatever gets built.
No one person selling, another analysing and a third trying to work out what was promised. The context doesn’t get lost halfway.

- 01
Start with the real work
Show us how the task happens today. If someone is copying, waiting, confirming or repeating, that is where we start — not with whichever tool is in fashion.
- 02
The person is still in charge
AI can read, prepare, cross-check and write. A decision involving money, a customer or risk still reaches a person.
- 03
Trust and GDPR
A European company, handling data with the rigor each sector demands — including sensitive data in therapy and education.
Four products, one engine
Each product has its own domain, its own accounts and its own market. Underneath it is the same engineering — the one that also goes into client systems.
Talk about one process
Thirty minutes, two or three concrete processes, and an honest estimate of what is worth changing.
