Frequently asked questions
Do you work on site or only remotely?
Both. As a Portuguese company, an on-site diagnosis is possible and usually worth it — especially in production, where half the real process is written down nowhere.
Do you integrate with Primavera, PHC or Sage?
It depends on the version and on what that system exposes — API, web services or file import. It is the first thing we check in the check-up, before promising anything.
We are a small family company with few office staff. Does this make sense?
Often it makes more sense. When two people hold the whole back-office, two hours a day of retyping weighs more than in a large department — and the process is simpler to change.
Can you name clients in the North?
Not publicly yet: some projects are unannounced by the clients’ decision. In conversation we show concrete cases and the circuit that was built, without inventing logos for a web page.
